Evening Menu

  The Evening Menu is priced $35.00 p.p., for a main meal, or, $55.00 p.p., for a 3 course dinner

The following is a sample menu and changes with the seasons

STARTERS

Pumpkin and Fresh Ginger Soup, with Homemade Wholemeal Bread & Butter

Cauliflower and Fennel Fritters on a bed of Salad Leaves, with a Garlic Aioli Dip

Roast Asparagus & Brie and Pine Nuts with a Balsamic Glaze (Seasonal)

Fishcakes, White Fish, Potato, fresh Ginger and Spring Onions, coated with herbed Bread Crumbs and fried in vegetable oil, served with a Wasabi Mayonnaise

 

MAINS

Pork Medallions wrapped in Streaky Bacon, set on Pickled Red Cabbage and Buttered Mash, with a Wholegrain Mustard Sauce

Oven Baked fillet of Salmon with Cherry Tomatoes and Sweet Chilli & Orange Drizzle, with Parsnip & Carrot Mash and Courgettes

Vegetarian Lasagne made with layers of Spinach, Ricotta and Pasta, in a Rich Red Pepper Sauce, with Mixed Leaf Salad, topped with Roasted Pine Nuts.

Oven baked Chicken Breast stuffed with Cream Cheese and Sun Blush Tomatoes, wrapped in Streaky Bacon, served with Buttered Mash, Vegetables and a Rich Vine Tomato Sauce.

New Orleans Jambalaya. Shredded Chicken, Prawns, Mussels & Chorizo, sautéed with Peppers, Onion, Celery & Garlic, then stewed in a Spiced Tomato Sauce, with Rice.

Slow Roast Shoulder of Mutton, served on Minted Mash, with Assorted Vegetables and a Rosemary, Red Wine & Caper Sauce.

Double Chocolate Brownie

Lemon Tart with Pine Nut Brittle
